While we are responsible for the upgrade and maintenance of the communal television system at Golden Lane we do not offer a television service directly to our customers.
If you are a broadband customer of ours then you will be able to subscribe to the main content providers such as Netflix, the BBC, ITV – all of these companies supply online viewing platforms, either for free or via a subscription. Your Ultra-Fast VFM broadband service will allow you to watch these services in high-definition, 4K and even 8K with limited buffering and interference.
We do however partner with Sky to provide our customers with a very competitively priced Sky Q package. Sky Q is Sky’s premier content subscription service offering a high quality picture and a number of features such as record and rewind of live TV and multi-room watching.

What happens if I have a problem?
If you are experiencing any difficulties with your TV service or signal you can call our Support Number directly for help. Please dial 020 7112 8615 and select option 2 from the menu. You will then be put in contact with our support partner Community Vision who will help diagnose the issue and provide support to rectify the situation.
If you call our TV support line out of hours then you will reach our Broadband Support Team who will take your details and arrange for you to be called back at a suitable time by Community Vision.
