What happens if I have a problem?

If you are experiencing any difficulties with your TV service or signal you can call our Support Number directly for help. Please dial 020 7112 8615 and select option 2 from the menu. You will then be put in contact with our support partner Community Vision who will help diagnose the issue and provide support to rectify the situation.

If you call our TV support line out of hours then you will reach our Broadband Support Team who will take your details and arrange for you to be called back at a suitable time by Community Vision.

The TV support line operates Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and on a Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

In order to help with the problem our support partner will need to take your name, address and a contact telephone number.

Please be aware that if the issue is found not to be with the communal aerial network then any work to rectify the problem will be chargeable by our support partner. They will explain this to you when you call them and may require you to give them payment card details before an engineer can be dispatched to look into the issue.
